not participating providers for the Medical Assistance program.
Do
you need a referral to come to our office? Most people
do not need a referral to be seen by one of our doctors. However,
there are some insurance programs that require a referral
form from your family physician. If you are not sure of your
insurance program's requirements, it would be best to check
with the personnel or insurance department at your workplace,
or with your insurance agent.
